Meet Our Office Team

Scott Waite, DPT

Scott received his masters in physical therapy from Elon University. He went on to further his education with a doctorate degree in physical therapy from AT Still University in Phoenix, Arizona. Scott has enjoyed working in the outpatient setting for the last 20 years. He has become the leading therapist in the region for his work with amputees. He has worked with athletes, and post operative patients. He sees patients with back injuries, workman’s compensation, fibromyalgia, sports related injuries, or generalized injuries to an extremity. Scott has enjoyed working with the pediatric population as well complimented by his experience in orthopedic physical therapy.

Melinda Privett, Office Manager

Melinda joins the office team as a native of North Alabama. Melinda has been married to her husband Brian for 25 years and proudly calls herself a mother to 3 daughters. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and has worked in various jobs in the school setting. Melinda enjoys being out in nature, cooking, spending time with her family, and walks with her dogs. We are excited to have her on the team!

Holly Waite, MPT

Holly has worked for the last 20 years with the special needs population. She has worked in outpatient therapy setting as well as with several school systems in North Alabama. Holly enjoys helping with seating and mobility and loves to see kids reach higher to meet mobility goals. Holly has a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Elon University in North Carolina.

Jessica Brewer, Billing Specialist

Jessica is our billing specialist. Jessica is a master at dealing with insurance policies and practices. She will always do her best to help the patient and family better understand the ins and outs of dealing with insurance reimbursement. Jessica keeps the therapists informed of insurance changes and other requirements for licensure. She is an integral part of keeping our practice running smoothly.
